Project Establishment
Once we have established that we are the right Builder for you, we meet with you to further understand your specific needs for your new home and then craft a tailored and personalised fee proposal to suit your requirements.
Pre-Construction
When you are comfortable to move forward , our experienced team will begin working through the stages required to get us started on site. This will include a detailed Tender for your Project.
Construction
Once the Tender and contract are signed and our pre-construction work is completed, we carry out our final pre-construction process to ensure we have everything in order to start on-site. We’ll then notify you of the exciting news of when construction will commence. During construction you will be kept involved and informed throughout, ensuring you enjoy the whole experience of building your new Dream Home.
Handover
As we get closer to the end of construction, our team will keep you well informed of the final certification process and subsequent handover of the project so you can plan ahead for your move in day. Once we book the day of Handover, you will meet with our Directors, Ben and Dean, who will run through the whole operation of the Home and answer any questions you may have before handing you the keys.
