Founded in 2016 by Ben De Nicola and Dean Mileto, Artico Homes was established to put people back at the heart of home building.

With over 20 years of combined experience in design and construction, Ben and Dean set out to make the building process an exciting and rewarding journey, not a stressful one. Today, Artico Homes continues to uphold that same vision under the leadership of Dean who now solely operates and manages the company. At Artico Homes, we specialise in custom home builds that reflect the unique needs, lifestyles, and visions of our clients.
ENQUIRE NOW

Stage 1 – Project Establishment

Following our initial contact, we will arrange a meeting either in person or virtually to gain a thorough understanding of your project goals, site conditions, design preferences, and any specific constraints.

Stage 2 – Pre-Construction

Once you have approved the fee proposal, we move into the pre-construction phase. During this stage, we begin carrying out the agreed scope of works

Stage 3 – Construction

With all design work completed, approvals secured, and contracts signed, we enter the construction phase , an exciting milestone where your vision begins to take physical shape.

Stage 4 – Handover

As we approach the final stages of construction, we will begin preparing for handover by completing all necessary final inspections, certifications, and quality assurance checks.

Stage 5 – Post-Handover Support

Our commitment to you doesn’t end at handover. We provide ongoing post-handover support to address any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise after you’ve settled in.

Meet Our Co-Founder

Dean Mileto was raised in a family of builders, learning the craft alongside his father from 
a young age.

Starting out as a qualified carpenter, he gained hands-on experience across all areas of construction before co-founding a volume building company.

Today, as Co-Founder of Artico Homes, Dean draws on decades of experience to deliver timeless, high-quality homes tailored to each client’s vision, homes he would be proud to build for his own family.
